Sunspace by NuBuild is proudly owned and operated by CJ Lewin and Jeff Crummey and located in Chester Basin, Nova Scotia. We have been operating as a family-owned business for 15 years.
We offer visits to our showroom by appointment to allow you to see some of our beautiful products and chat with us about your needs. Frequently asked questions
Sunspace Sunrooms are designed to be installed on existing decks built to code and are frost-protected and attached to your home. Engineered concrete slabs are also used where your grade is to low for a deck structure.
It generally takes 6-8 weeks for a patio cover or Sunroom to be manufactured once you have confirmed the final details and measurements with your design consultant. However, the length of the process can vary due to seasonal production volumes and other factors specific to your project, such as deck renovations or permits. Your design consultant will discuss all of this with you in advance.
Some homes have existing roof overhangs supported with posts and beams or porches. Sunspace Modular walls can enclose these spaces to create a weather protected full screened area that can be used all year!
